Refunds & Fit Guarantee

Our fit promise: if your set doesn't fit right, we'll remake the sizes you need — free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Just email hello@luvmani.com with your order number and a photo. No return shipping needed.

Damaged or defective items: if your set arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Opened sets: for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or worn sets. Fit issues are always covered by the free remake above.

Order cancellation: orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your set is already on an artist's table and can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
